In which case my answer is online at ebgames.com They have good bonus items, and also offer free 3 day shipping etc.

there are indications that you can obtain the game electronically through https://store.plaync.com/home.php as well once the game goes retail. that way, you can play the same day you buy it and not have to worry about shipping costs.

You might try tracking down Bunny Master who has a lot of posts here. He is in the Netherlands, I believe. He might know where you can get the game, but I would go to your Computer Game store and start to bother them about the game and when will they get it etc. till they finally got tired of you and decided to try to get it in.
